Brock’s whole career has been in real estate and he has extensive experience in every aspect; from sales, property management, strata, new homes and retirement. Brock’s management style takes a holistic view and he is a firm believer of staff input in strategic direction and processes. He also places a strong emphasis on his team sharing in a set of core values and ethics.

Kim is responsible for sales at Springfields Village and can answer all your property related questions. Having spent over 20 years in the industry and the last five years in retirement village sales, Kim knows real estate inside out. She is adept at juggling many varied tasks and you will only benefit from her knowledge and efficiency.

 

As well as helping you find the right property at Springfields, as a registered sales person she can assist with selling an existing property. This provides a one person contact and seamless process, helping to make the move into our retirement village as smooth as possible.
