As GM, Brock upholds the mission statement, crafted alongside the Residents’ Committee, to guide Springfields Village's vision and strategy.

He ensures a safe and secure setting and encourages the positive lifestyle and relationships that the Residents deserve. Key to delivering this positive environment, is the management and development of a highly effective team and providing an organisational structure that supports them.

Brock is responsible for the annual business plan, overseeing financials and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies.

Sales Executive

Kim is responsible for sales at Springfields Village and can answer all your property related questions. Having spent over 20 years in the industry and the last five years in retirement village sales, Kim knows real estate inside out. She is adept at juggling many varied tasks and you will only benefit from her knowledge and efficiency.

As well as helping you find the right property at Springfields, as a registered sales person she can assist with selling an existing property. This provides a one person contact and seamless process, helping to make the move into our retirement village as smooth as possible.
