Alison is an experienced retirement village manager and has previously worked in human resources, financial planning and the medical industry. Her natural outgoing personality will endear her to the Springfields Village residents and bring her experience of many sectors to its successful management. Outside of work, Alison enjoys travelling, going to the rugby with her partner as dedicated Western Force supporters, watching a good movie, keeping active and spending lots of time with their two greyhounds.

Sales Executive
Kim is responsible for sales at Springfields Village and can answer all your property related questions. Having spent over 20 years in the industry and the last five years in retirement village sales, Kim knows real estate inside out. She is adept at juggling many varied tasks and you will only benefit from her knowledge and efficiency. Kim started her property career in administration before taking her outgoing personality successfully into sales, firstly selling land and adding established property and retirement villas across the Perth metro area.
